Separate dynamic content from the site code

PHP-MYSQL site keeps several categories of dynamic content in sub directories

Required is:

- Move each category of dynamic content to its own subdomain

- Subdomains should have their own owners and separate access

- One subdomain has regularly updated information and shouldn't be cached by the browser

- Preserve current website and associated scripts functionality
