I am looking for to implement an open source contact center solution (from a to z) - thinking at Vicidial - but open to other solutions.
The professional I am looking must advise on the best existing open source solutions, their features, pros and cons.
Will be responsible for the selection advising, arquitecture definition, remote implementation, customization and support by following all best practises.
In your bid , please mention:
1) The experience you've in the area (with specific project examples);
2) Monthly rate for post implementation remote support.
A Non Discolure Agreement will be mandatory - also need to have very good remote working conditions (fast connection to work remotly and audio / video conferencing).
