1905 Voucher code portal

Hello i need a Voucher code portal exactelly like [login to view URL] (french). the target is to submit voucher's code, hidden till the user clic on a link. a pop under page will open then to the affilier website. i need to classify this vouchers by tardemark and category. Optional subscribtion could be available. Newsletter module needed too. a joomla like CMS could be used, but with a lighter script. the vouchers database should be exportable via sql or csv. waiting for your kind reply sospromo
