Zend Framework Trainer required

We are Zend's UK training partner for PHP and Zend Framework courses. We are looking for an additional trainer to present live online Zend Framework courses using our dedicated Webex training platform and using the official Zend courseware and materials.

The initial requirement would be to present a single course on Zend Framework Fundamentals, but for the right person there may be opportunities to present an average of a course every 2-3 months on Zend Framework and/or PHP. Each course is made up of 9 2-hour sessions, with one session a day over 9 days, giving a total of 18 hours training plus 1-2 hours for preliminaries and administration. The training can therefore be carried alongside other work.

Candidates should be based in the UK and have excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills. They should also have solid experience of Zend Framework development and have either attained the Zend Framework Certified Engineer qualification or be in a position to achieve certification in the next 3 months. Previous training experience would also be an advantage.

Full training in the use of the Webex platform and familiarisation with course materials will be given with a view to presenting an initial course sometime in the next 2-3 months.

Bids should be for fees for 20 hours to deliver a single online course of 18 hours plus 2 hours preparation and administration time.
