Hello. I'am looking for a price, for someone to develope me an emulator for a mmorpg game called Dragon Ball Online PC. Video Game It's for PC ONLY but the reason for me paying to have this done the game is not in english its only hk. tw. and a few other, languages atm so i can pay up to 400dollars for emulator to be desinged for the upto date patch. i also would like to pay the person anther 350 dollars to tranlate it to english so the entry game will be playable like never ever. i would like to have the person who does the job for me to make a tutorial based on how to add items to game and npcs and maybe some custom stuff later on i will be willing to pay other 150 dollars for the tutorial. and i would like the person create a good cms custom website for the private emu dbo game two be hosted off of i can pay 100dollars for the site to be built i might need a good custom made web server with a gui and a custom made mysql server for this i can pay 175 dollars for mysql server and webserver togather pls some replay asap thanks for your time.
