Bots System Needed For PTC Site

I am looking for someone to build a Bots System for my PTC site. I may also hire you to also create a anti-cheat system for the site as well to help me prevent anyone from becoming able to cheat on my PTC site. And the last thing I would like is to be able to add tweeter to the site so that my members are able to follow us on tweeter as well. I want to also make these system be able to work on a total of 2 different PTC sites that I own.
I want to make sure that all of you to know that the site you will be working on is a Gen3 type site. So that is the programing you will be dealing with when you get inside my sites.
