Posting a weekly topic on vBulletin Board via cUrl

Job Description:

I wish to have a PHP script that uses a Linux server to post a topic once in 8 days on a vBulletin forum ([login to view URL]). Normally I post these topics manually by calendarizing them, but it would be easier to have a server do this.

This would require cUrl as it would require the server to login onto vBB and then create a topic in the correct forum.

Requirements:

* I want to be able to use this script for multiple vBB forums.

* Budget is $50, should not be very much work.

* Must be finished before upcoming weekend.
