Vbulletin - modify plugin

Hello I want coder to change VSa - Advanced Permissions Based on Post Count plugin to my specifications currently this plugin hide urls ( links in forum posts ) from guests and members with x posts. but if beetwen [URL] tags is [IMG] tag he will hide them to and i want that images inside url tags are visible so if links in post is : [URL=[login to view URL]][IMG][login to view URL][/IMG][/URL] it need to show [IMG][login to view URL][/IMG] or [URL=[login to view URL]][B]Some text[/B][/URL] to show only [B]Some text[/B] or [login to view URL] to show only (empty) Also all those links need to be hidden inside [code] and [qoute] tags more important thing this need to work with "Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs" If you have some question for me please let me know.
