I am developing a small estimating program using MS Access and VBA .But i am at a position right now where i know exactly what i want but i am not able to go ahead due to my limited programming language. I have a form developed in MS Access. It has various process in the drop down menu. The idea is that the user should be able to select process from the dropdown menu. There is a excel sheet which has all the formulas for all the process defined in the access sheet. This access form and excel sheet has to be connected in some manner. When the user selects some process form the drop down menu like drilling (one of the process) the excel should become active without being visible to the user and the formula corresponding to the drilling should be copied from the top part of the excel sheet (which is master formula part) and pasted in the place where it is allocated for (second part of the excel sheet).
The process requires various values like diameter and length .I have created box s in the access form where the values can be inputted. Therefore when the user inputs the values the values should go from the access form to exact the process row in the excel sheet.
The user should be able to select as many process from the dropdown menu and send the input the values into the exact the cells in the excel sheet.
I have created a button in the same access form called calculate the parts per hour. When this button is clicked, all the values calculated for the different process should be summed and be visible in the access form.
The programmer will have a better understanding when they look into the excel sheet and the access form which I have developed. I have several problems I need consistent help to solve these problems. I get stuck in a couple of places I need help in these situations.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
