First, you need to be very familiar with and/or own MS MapPoint 2002. I have a license for the software, but, obviously, cannot share the software with you. MapPoint has the ability to programtically extract the Points of Interest (POIs). For a complete write-up (including source code) of the extraction routine, visit: [login to view URL] I need this code modified so that it will: 1. Look up 5300 different places (specified by latitude/longitude) and find/extract all of the POIs within a given radius of each point (probably 5 miles). 2. Extract the name of the POI, phone, address, distance from our specific place, and type of POI (i.e. Hospitals, Casinos, etc.) So, for example, I have a place at Lat-Long: 39.7185 , -105.0159 so it should get all of the POIs from MapPoint within a x (5) mile radius of that location. Then it will move onto the next Lat/Long and get all of the POIs within a x (5) mile radius of that location. It will do this for each of the 5300 places that we have.
