Post CAPTCHA Image to Webserver (repost)

I need someone familiar with MySpace, PHP and Visual Basic.

I have a program right now that adds friends, sends comments and emails people. I need a way to allow a team of us to type in the CAPTCHAs that are generated by MySpace on a webpage.

I need someone to code a function in Visual Basic that will upload a CAPTCHA image to a webserver and display it. A person logged into the webpage will be able to see the image and type in the CAPTCHA text. The webpage will then send a string back to the Visual Basic program to continue.
