Simple Saturation Routine

Create a simple saturation routine within our sample program that modifies the saturation of an image. Images are stored in Victor Image Descriptors ([url removed, login to view] full documentation at [url removed, login to view]). This will be a very simple and quick program for anyone familiar with the Victor Image Processing Library: ([url removed, login to view]) and ([url removed, login to view]) Program sample file is provided and should be completed for use in Visual Basic 6. We Suggest that the rgb2hsv and hsv2rgb functions in the victor Image Processing Library may be useful in manipulation of the palettes. Sample program to be made functional to change the saturation of our sample image by the value of the slider control.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in library form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: Source code and working samle application for Visual Basic 6 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
