Will consist of a pleasing (smile) front to enter data, two seperate records (see NEA and SA choice box) of entries made, and an excel list to track basic payroll and percentages that could be added and a excel list of posts (a list of entered cities) Initial entry will ask which Bureau (NEA or SA) and open corrsponding dbases (radio or pulldown choice) Front will contain entry boxes for the following: Generated tracking number(Display only), Post (pulled off second excel list), Employee name (or pulled off acess if entered before), position, dates needed, type of assignment. **end of first row Estimated travel costs, estimated lodging, MI&E (meals etc), other costs, all these to show in a total box labeled "funding remaining" (will get from excel box and subtract as entries are made).
