Freeswitch IVR configuration

We need to finalize configuration of IVR in freeswitch install based on detailed workflow (see file)

user inputs some general settings and local settings and has his IVR in each DID activated according to his settings

use TTS system to generate member prompts (for example for welcome to my company in various languages (google TTS) System language default prompts depending on DID or member member uploaded prompts for various parts of the IVR standard workflow

Incoming calls routing depending on member ivr setup (voice mail / agent / sip / skype )

Detect callerID

member can set call to go to agent (according to rules and availability etc.) or to SIP or to Skype or to Gtalk
