We have imported our accounts and contacts to vTiger and now need to add the activity/notes. We don't mind how this is done, it just needs to be added to each account. Our spreadsheet is already formatted with the correct fields so no changes need to be done on this.
The two methods we are looking at are:
1) Import to the account "Description" field. I think this option will be the easiest - you will just have to merge the data.
2) Import the spreadsheet items as individual "Tasks" that are related to each account.
Please only bid if you have vTiger experience also.
We have formatted the .csv files to match the database tables in MySQL and identified the two tables these need to be imported to. Therefore, we now just need someone who is good at importing csv files to MySQL tables. The first column is an auto_increment and this is what is causing us issues with the import.
We selected the wrong budget from the drop-down - it is only $50 max.
