Adding buddypress to my wordpress theme

I am looking for a wordpress programmer expert not just technically but also good at design as well. I have a wordpress template that I would like to integrate the buddypress sections to my existing website. I want the buddypress layout and design including its functionality to work with the structure, design and architecture of my current website. I have the template so you can integrate the buddypress features codes from the template into my existing website, and keep my current design.
