Amazon/Ebay Similar Website Project

Before you read my specifications dont make a bid just for the sake of it. When you read the title notice it says amazon similar site. This means if you cant create a similar online website like amazon, ebay please dont bid. As i doubt all the other people previously can. If it was that simple im sure there would be more successful online marketplaces. I have a lot money to invest so please no unbelievable cheap prices and dont say you can do the job in two weeks. I dont think it took amazon or ebay two weeks to develop. Im also very willing to employ the group or company who develop the site onto the company if it becomes successful. Most of the money will be spent on advertising as it is crucial to get customers. Look at www.ebid.co.uk. They have a good website but the fact they dont advertise means they are no rival to ebay. If they did millions of users would turn up.
I am looking to create a website which is similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] but has better features with a better appearance and the the best customer service. I would like the website owners to be able to sell on it as well as new users to apply for sellers account and list there unwanted items. We also would like to create a stress free website where people dont have to worry about amazon reviewing them or suspending them. We will have strikes for each account. If you have too many strikes you are suspended.
You must be excellent with the following:
MySql, PHP, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Script Install, Logo Desing, Graphic Design, Javascript, Flash and many other codings if are required.
Remember you dont have to be just one person that knows all this stuff. I would like there to be a group of people so the work is spread out and it is less stressful and it can be completed quickly and efficiently.
