Blog Template Transfer to Wordpress

Hello

I currently have a blog called Serendipity that we had a template created for and now we have moved over to Wordpress and would like the same theme transfered over, need someone to do this who can work with Wordpress to recreate our theme (header, footer, colours etc) please. I have installed a couple of plugins but nothing to much, not so worried about all the menu on the old blog and we can keep the current archives and such to the right hand side of the wordpress blog (where it currently is) so its just the style I would like to keep.
