Quick turnaround of less than 1 week required.

I am looking for someone with previous experience in building successful classifieds sites. The site will be in English we are looking to build a classifieds website similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] etc

The main features should.

1) Clean Code following OOPS and MVC model.

2) Multi City, One country

3) Fully Fucntional Admin Panel.

4) Custom Post Fields for selected Categories (check post ad form in above site to know more)

5) Featured Ads. Paid Upgrade Options for ads.

6) Adsense optimized platform\

7. ability to add sponsored ads

8. text messaging ability as on [url removed, login to view]

If you have already built one show me, so that we do modification. Only people with experience must bid.
