Os Commerce Template Customization

I'm going to use Os Commerce. However, I want the look to be like www sneakeringusa com. I want the shoe menu to be the same. The horizontal navigation bar should look like and have a menu like www topsneaker com. The privacy, shipping, and return policies are going to be the same and you will be copying them. Also, I want to change how the "my account" looks like when you log in. I want to get rid of the default os commerce graphics. The Air Jordan category in the left menu should have a subcategory and it will show thumbnails from Air Jordans from 1 to 10 or 20. Need this to be done in a week. I also would need to
