I am fussy and will not settle for a job I am not entirely happy with, so be prepared for that if you bid on this job!
Frequent contact and quick response to contact is a very important factor here for me. I do not and will not tolerate working with a contractor who has a poor level of communication. You will know where you stand with me....if I do not like something, I will not hesitate to tell you. Likewise, if I do like something, you will be the first to know about it!
