Create online store to match existing site

I want to create a website like the one here:

The site was built in magento, although I've been unable to find the specific template that was used. I need someone to find the template that was used to build this site, and then install magento and the template on my server. I can change the style and add the products. The template though must function the same as the example. There must be rows of three images and when you mouse over the image the price should appear with title and description. It needs to be the same template as used in the example.
