Create subdomain website - open to bidding

I have a multi site that user can create website based on the select template, then they can customize, then they can launch it with 3 options: download as zip, publish through provided FTP, and launch as subdirectory.
Now i want the third option which is subdirectory converting to subdomain that they can type the subdomain they want and the website will check if that is available or not. If it is available, then he can start launch it with that subdomain. If not, he can type other subdomain name.
Besides, I am as admin can manage all subdomain, set membership level
THe current site has all options with subdirectory but i want it to be subdomain
