I'm looking for a simple and colourful website for a tuition centre, just to clarify that we are very tight on our budget. I don't mind I the website is content managed site or else if I'm able to edit it using dreamweaver. below are the pages,+ I want a simple and elegant header ( colourful ) should be on all pages ( easy job - can be copied to all pages correct?) After header flash banner with picture and text : sample will be shown after the person is chosen to do the job. we need an Offer banner on right hand side ---I'm also open for ideas- you can put in the ideas from yourself, as I'm very open to change and I do to listen to the developer.
