I run several web sites based on the open source publishing system Drupal ([login to view URL]). It is written in PHP and powered by MySQL. I would like to commission the creation of unique designs, or skins, or in Drupal terminology, "themes" for my site. It requires a designer or design team comfortable with PHP, and the PHPtemplate engine ( [login to view URL]). There is good documentation available ([login to view URL]) and several examples of GPL'd themes to use as a starting point. Previous Drupal work not required, but it's up to you to get up to speed on the system before the clock starts ticking.
