Drupal website needs form customization

We need search and newsletter blocks needs to be themed/styled according to the description below: 1) Drupal Search Block: Change width of textfield , background image, border, Change search text to "go" and style with css. 2) Drupal SimpleNews module Newsletter block: Remove the subscribe and unsubscribe buttons. Replace 'save' button with "send", Remove red asterisk beside e-mail field name, rename "email" with "Enter E-mail Address", All text Arial, Replace Previous issues with "To view Archived Newsletters, click here. " 3) Remove "More" button from drupal calendar module when user views an item
