Need to fix two Contact Us forms #1 Contact Us Form A - simple form currently broken. Never has worked #2 Contact Us Form B - need to list Retail Outlets for a product on the Contact Us form - if online user wants to contact the Retail Outlet they need to click on a hyperlink such as “Click here to Contact” and this will prompt user to enter their email address and a text box to input their query. This request is then sent to the website administrator. That’s it. Not rocket science. :) - Any comments in PMB not relating to this project will be ignored. - Please type “GAF Contact Us Project” in the subject line of a private message so that I know that you read and understand this post's requirements. - low budget
