Fix my Auction site with some customizations Urgently !

I have a website cloned copy of [login to view URL] that I need some customization done on. I have a prior developer working on this job and they were very rule and unproffessional. Please be available during the time you say you will to chat via msn or gtalk. Via the phone would be great too but not required. I will give you access to build on an altenative domain. Every file that you edit, I want you to send to me to look over. Once I see it working, we can move on to the next thing on the list. I have been cheated and disrespected by the prior designers so I will not be paying anyone in advance. I will pay when I see you working and whatever timeframe you promise, I expect deliverance during that time. If you can't dedicate time to my project then please don't bid. Please read the full description as I will be holding you fully responsible for everything listed in the project. Below is the list of things that I need done. 1- The main admin will full access is not showing two of the menu settings as it should, I need you to please make it available in admin. The feature works fine, I just can't see two items on the top menu that I should be able to access. 2- I want an affiliate feature added to the site, there are many free scripts out there and I own a few too. 3- I also need some customization done with the graphics and the layout. 4- I want to have other payment option added such as 2 checkout, and [login to view URL] 5- Some SEO would be great too as well. 6- update website footer and header with links 7- Add an auto relist feature so I can pick (auctions to relist every 1-3 days in the option when I create them with an option of how long it should auto relist ( like for 10, 20, 30 times, etc.)with inventory management in place. 8- Also, I have a cloning feature in admin now that was improved upon, however, it does not copy the auto extend feature and I would love for it to include the auto extend information as well. 9- I would like to be able to bid on items from admin with my autobidders anonymously. Like I'd pick an item and click on auto bid and it ask how much bids and I select and it automatically goes through the list of autobidders and randomly place bids with various autobidders. 10- I want a piture to show up in the browser of my Logo initials title like the envelope for [login to view URL] 11- I want sellers to be able to create seller accounts and sell items on the site with inventory management as well. I want the link for sellers to be placed in the footer and the option to setup account as seller account when someone goes to sign up. But seller accounts must be verified and approved by admin manually before any item listed can be seen on the site and a notice should be on the seller sign up page as well. 12- Submit site to search engines 13-Add google adsense to auction preview page 14-link to educate buyers on how the bid butler works, and create the page, I will send you an example, I've started working on this already so you just need to finish it up. 15-A contact us page already exist, I just need you to make adding more items to it via admin available to me 17- A help desk system in place as well. (I can help to find a open source script but this is also your job to locate one and let me approve it's features first before you install it. ) 18- If you know how to do this, then please convert site to web 2.0 especially the colors.
