Hi Need a web based system where a customer can submit a form and it goes automatically into a database. Then the company can login to ether a read-only portal or a mode where they can do the following:
> Edit the submitted information
> Auto generate a document and automatically embeds certain fields into the document. From there the company can print it out. The document would also have to be saved and attached the specific form entry.
> Search fields in database
> Generate reports from totals from specific fields
It needs to be easy for me to add and edit fields when needed. Will also need the ability to add/remove users that can login into the system. Also if there can be a rich text editor for the document generator that would be nice also.
