FULL TIME JOB for a DRUPAL expert during two months or more

We are a French company developing a social network on Drupal. We want to hire a full time developer with strong skills in Drupal for at least two months, probably more. We need someone who is serious and who is able to work efficiently during 8 hours a day. We prefer independent developer. If the candidate is part of a company, we want direct contact to him without any manager. As the candidate will be responsible for the whole development of the website, it requires technical competencies but also good self-management and project management abilities. It is important that we respect deadlines because the activity of the company is directly dependant of the website.
Here are the requirements and conditions, please read them carefully in order we don’t waste our time:
- Strong web development skills (AJAX/PHP/Javascript/HTML …) required
- Drupal expert, able to show projects he worked for
- Produce clean code and respect SEO rules
- Experience in developing social network websites would be appreciated, at least a strong interest for these technologies
- Good English (or French) level
- Equipped with a good computer, Skype, unlimited internet connection and a webcam. You must be constantly connected on Skype and be able to communicate at any moment during working hours.
- Able to work 8 hours a day with a break for lunch (not counted in the 8 hours), 5 days a week.
- Not a huge time difference with Paris time, 3-4 hours maximum
- Strong project management skills: read specifications, understand them, evaluate the time required, propose technical solutions, produce high quality code and correct bugs.
- No payment in advance. Payments are made daily, weekly or monthly according to what you prefer. If the work is not satisfying, we stop the collaboration.
- It is a full time job, so the candidate cannot work for another project at the same time and he must be free at least for the next 2 months
- All code produced belongs to us, the candidate cannot use any part of this work for other use.
- The candidate must be able to provide an invoice for its work
Job description
- Take in charge the development of our social network website from the start. We provide the specifications and the mockups, any suggestions of improvement are welcome.
- We will provide additionnal documents to interesting candidates before starting the work
- A mobile application will use the data of the website, so this must be taken into account.
- Integrate the graphical elements provided by designers, unless the candidate is also a good designer
We believe it can be a rather exciting project for a motivated developer
