Hi, we are looking for an experienced coder to build and modify features in the hesk helpdesk software we are running.
The project covers following needs start with but is on continues development:
from admin panel
- functionality to add records/field in staff section for example; currency, tekst, categorie,
- create company profiles with authorization on categories. users should be able to be added to company profile with applicable authorization levels of custom ones.
- flexible reporting tool on availabe records from the database. Selection on categories, date, file status etc. Report should be able to sort on available fields ( amount , name etc )
- users, companies should only have acces to categories approved for them and consequently report should be the same,
- admin should be able to create pre defined reports which should be available for users with reporting permission
system should be able to create a tasklist based on tickets in the system. tasks should be able to be created by users with allocation option to other users within same usergroup.
admin should be able to set pre defined workflows / tasks based on company profile.
Modification must me done with in a way that upgrading the hesk software by its orgin developpers will still be possible.
We appoint a few coders to our project so if you are interested in working on this project for a while and develop with us please make a bid .
