Homepage with logo required

I am looking for someone to create a replica of another site, (if your not happy about this then do not apply) its only the homepage that needs creating though. Will involve including the same images and creating a very simular logo. Its for a gay adult site but no sexual images are being used for the homepage (just thought I had better warn you first) Will require homepage creating and details adding as required, includes a simple login page but code will be supplied for this. Images will need to be resized to fit and kept at a very high quality or as much as possible. Will also need the logo in three sizes. Shouldnt be very difficoult or time consuning for the right person. Please PM for further details.
