We purchased a job postings site script from somewhere a while ago and quickly discovered that it was very poorly developed. We fixed a good portion of the bugs ourselves so that it could be launched as per our deadline.

We are now wanting to modify the design, fix the bugs, and make it more user-friendly. We feel that the core components of the script are sound and can be retained in the redevelopment. The only other option is to completely redevelop the site with all the same components.
A few examples of bugs are - left column - stats - # Resumes shows 1 when there are actually many more than that. Another - click on any of the job postings listed on the main page and you will see that they all show "Posted on Monday January 18th, 2038 07:14 PM". There are also a few login issues and admin issues that can be discussed later.
Bottom line - fix all the bugs, drop it into a new site design, test and we're done!
The site does not generate a lot of money and is more of a community service board - the reason why there isn't much of a budget on this one, but...
We have many more ongoing projects and the quality of work on this project could possibly lead to more development opportunities in the future.
