Joomla Amazon S3 integration

Objective = I have Joomla site which needs to integrate S3 Media Pro plugin which streams audio from Amazon s3 account. (1) Allow admin to create new mp3 playlist which can stream mp3 audio from amazon s3 account. (2) allow insert of playlist into the page when creating new page. (3) install VirtualMart and integrate login system and theme from main site. (4) i have username , email and password of all my users from old site which needs to be migrated into Joomla platform db. for mp3 playlist we have plugin from [login to view URL] Must have experience in Joomla , Virtual mart, amazon s3. Need it fast and cheap.
