Joomla Template Development + Some Flash Designs

I have a redevelopment of an existing site that will require a new Joomla (1.5) template plus 4 animated banners.
The site design will be provided in the form of PSD files with all of the necessary elements included.
I will also provide links to reference sites that will provide additional creative direction.
The flash elements will include 4 or 5 page banners (unique for each page) that will need to be designed.
There will also be one interface to a back end customer service application. This will be a front-end emulation only with all of the elements required easily accessible through the current site.
This project must be delivered within 15 days without fail and you must provide a temporary Joomla environment for development and testing. Once we go live we will provide the host on which the site will be installed.
Please do not bid if you don't have specific Joomla experience, can assure timely delivery and are available to communicate via SkyPe.
