Magento Online Mall Design and Development

We currently have a magento based eCommerce store. It is an online mall with variety of products. URL and/or files will be provided once we engage a developer. The current developers we have are inaccessible. We would like to reskin current site or have a new UI design done for the site. We will be moving the site to a new domain. We need the following:
-Extensive experience with Magento
- Knowledge of LAMP hosting systems will also be necessary
-Payment integration required - API will be provided
-Requires shipment plugin
-May require multi-store login in 2nd release
-Train an admin to load and manage products through the admin login on back-end
-Maintenance work needed after site goes live to include troubleshooting and expanding the site, sometime installation of extensions, shopping cart and backend maintenance and support, version upgrades and possible custom programming to enable business rules application
