PRIVATE PAGES (After Login) – Users can create accounts and manage documents (See description document description below).

DOCUMENT – Document created is an inspection document. There will be several different variations but based off of a similar concept.
The document needs to be easy to create for the end user. User is able to specify the types of rooms (pre-developed) and the document will populate itself with the required fields. For example, if I wanted to create a document that had 1 Bedroom, the document would automatically create a list of items with blank fields for text such as:
Bedroom 1 – “Blank Field ”
1. Windows – “Blank Field”
2. Doors – “Blank Field”
The document also needs to allow the user to take photos and upload them to the document. The photos should be automatically sized to fit and properly located on the page to fit 6 images per page.
APP – The app is the onsite document creator. When not in range of wi-fi, it should still have all the functions required to develop the documents as described above. Once the device is connected to wi-fi, the website and app should sync showing documents that were created on either end.
An automated recurring billing system will be required. There will be different levels of pricing with maximum amounts of documents associated with level. Once the max amount has been reached, user will be required to either upgrade or pay for individual documents at a higher rate. This should be integrated into the users account. I also do not want to handle any of the billing or storage of credit card numbers and would like it to go through another company such as Paypal or a similar equivalent (some have been a lot more expensive than others). I would prefer to use one that only charges a percentage rather than monthly fees for the first while. I would also like the option of giving a one month free trial before billing starts. I am not sure what coding platforms you work with or use but if possible, I would like to be able to make simple updates to the site if needed, such as adding text or a customer review, etc.
