Modification for Wordpress website Urgent

Need a wordpress expert to solve my coding issue. I need to create custom functions to fetch data and sorting in my desire way. I need that work to be done in about 1 hour. There are some CSS fixes as well along this I need my all button to be created in CSS. Image resize code is also not working so you have to fix that thing as well.
It's urgent but please only freelancers having strong portfolio will be entertained only.
