MySQL - Simple Website - [login to view URL]

We have a simple android application that has been built to manage used tire inventories. We are going to have 5-6 used tire locations using android devices to upload new inventory to the server and remove inventory from the server once the tires are sold. Please see attached files. We need a website built that can tie the application and database you together. All the servlet details for the database are ready. Please bid under $100 if you want the work.
