Need change to layout of my web direct - 1 PAGE php / mysql

I run everylist.com. I need to change the [login to view URL] layout (front page). I need the add site field to be right on the index page. Also i need a count of all sites, and the # of sites added for today. below that just lists all sites in our database (20 per page) This is only 1 page. All the code is done, you are just changing the layout. I will pay $30 only. GAF escrow only.
