Need Mailchimp Newsletter expert to work w/ me

Hi everyone, I am just about to change all the processes related to my website(s). While I do have a web-programmer to take care of my [login to view URL] (wordpress) I am just about to move my complete contact list to Mailchimp. I need you to help me as a consultant (actually showing me how to do things AND showing me what is even possible to do) AND as reliable partner to actually change, update and fix things that I decide to do (on your advice). I already prepared a template for my new newsletter, but need you to help me with things I don´t want to invest time to figure out, like: - changing background colors in the boxes - aligning the fonts of the different boxes - trying out improvements in design (like boxing text) - on the mobile version there is some text missing which is in the newsletter and I need to find out why and how to make it visible etc. Since I develop and maintain different sites for different products I also need you to help me with creating the signup forms. As you can see on [login to view URL] I managed to get one there, but I´d prefer to have the text "Name" and "e-mail" IN the box instead on top. Also I want to make sure that I will be able to track which of my sites the subscribers are coming from and segment them to send the correct language MeisterNews Newsletter. Some of the things might need a one-time only explanation so I understand the system, other things I would be happy for you to permanently take over that task for me. Certainly the development will be "trial-and-error" from my side. The consulting and education market is changing incredibly (e.g. webinars, online courses and I am just about to try out things). It is hard to say how much time we will need, but I figure there will be some initial skype-conferences, or google hangouts or sessions with team viewer, maybe 3-6 hours initially to answer the most important questions and thereafter on demand, which probably is, on average, 1 hour every week after that. I am quite flexible and can accommodate to your time limits with other projects. I never tried it but would like to work with Freelancer TimeTracker. As I am a speaker/author/trainer I would prefer somebody having an idea how this business works or ideally having worked with another speaker. I am overwhelmed by the many possibilities (like Clickbank etc.). There are many other things to be done, like landing pages on wordpress or implementation of an e-commerce system (2014 replacing [login to view URL]) and I would of course work with you on those projects if you can do them and we´ve established a good relationship till then. But it is not necessary that you can do these, just an option. Since you will have access to the core of my business (client data, e-mails etc.) I need absolute reliability and hope we can develop a trusting relationship. Of course your price matters to me, since I would like to be able to discuss options and possibilities in a relaxed manner not having to count every second. I am open also to different prices for different things if that seems fair and practicable for you. Apart from your price, experience, skills (with mailchimp, wordpress), trustworthiness it is very important to me to communicate openly (good English prerequisite!) and frequently (even if it is just to say that you received my msg. and will come back to me later, or how work is going). You need skype or google+ as I want to talk and converse with you about options in person without mounting up crazy phone bills. Ok, I tried to explain in detail what I am looking for. Please only write to me if you see the fit and write something meaningful. I know it is work to put all this together but I definitely answer everybody who puts an effort into this.
