I am creating a web application where I integrated PayPal Invoicing api for create and send invoices in behalf of users (merchants). Everything is working fine except I am not receiving any IPN for invoice payments, cancellation etc (IPN URL setup correctly and other IPN like subscriber signup, payment received successfully). I have tested with both sandbox and live account. But Nothing is working. I am using my own php function to create invoices (not paypal PHP SDK). So, Your skill is required for me to get me out of this situation. What I would require from you is. 1. Search and find why I am not receiving any IPN. 2. Work with me to find the problem and successfully receive the IPN. 3. You MUST know PHP as my code is in PHP. 4. Knowing WordPress isn't required but is a plus because I am using WordPress as CMS. Please bid only if you did worked with Invoicing API and get the IPN successfully. I do not have time for playing trial and error games. Hi, I have gone through the issue mentioned in the requirement and as per my understanding the IPN is not working as required. I have worked on many eCommerce website and have added Paypal payment gateway via the API. I can find out the error and fix the issue for you.
