PHP/Ajax Excel Parser saved to Google Docs

Seeking a PHP/Ajax developer to code a 4-page web site that implements

the following functionality:

Page 1. Allow a user to create a new user account or login with an

existing user account or Facebook connect. User details to be saved

into an existing MySQL database.

Page 2. Allow a logged-in user to upload an Excel file and save the

file contents to MySQL.

Page 3. Display all the User's saved files and allow the user to

choose a saved file for processing.

Page 4. When a file is chosen for processing, parse the file using

[url removed, login to view] (or similar) and display

all columns of the first row of the file as html. Allow the the user

to drag and drop individual cells to matching images on the web page

(Eg. allow the user to drag a cell containing the word 'apple' to a

an image of an apple on the web page) and save the results to MySQL

database. After matches are made, show a confirmation dialog and success message.

Note: This is a simple project. No need to use Data Access Objects (DAO). SQL statements can be hardcoded in the pages. Wireframe will be provided.

We have recently decided to use MongoDB and Google Spreadsheet API instead of MySQL. See flowchart here: . Please specify your experience with NoSQL DB and Google API in any response. Thanks.
