PHP developer require

Hi, I have a on-going project where i need some1 develop same script like [login to view URL] I will give you ftp details where you will implement that script (Core PHP) . Most of the site are ready and even admin structure are done with script. No need to be do the whole project. If you look on above reference site you can see the news paper pages, it will be multiple upload from admin (it is done). After that admin will map or crop on pages(Admin structure done ,not script functionality ). For Example : admin has chosen first uploaded page1(image1). Than , admin will crop/map on pages according to section wise which will be display for the user (front-end) site with pop-up link. Pop up link is working as some of the work has done for cropping but cropping functionality is not working on server. You have to write script for that. If you look on the reference link carefully , you can there is a rectangular/non rectangular section ( right from the top first Mouse over> 2rectangular + half rectangular ).I have attached a screenshot for that. Rectangular script is mostly done from my side but few error are showing on server. with that , you just have to write non-rectangular script. I dont mind if you use cropping or mapping . but no other image will be upload for the popup link. Whatever the section will be crop /map , the same section will be display for the user side.
