Rebuild existing Magento ecommerce site with improvements

I have an existing webiste built using Magento that needs to be rebuilt on a new server. The site needs to look like it does now with a few improvements. existing url is: [login to view URL] I have all existing images for the site, those will be provided. All static content/text should be recreated as is. Improvements to site: [login to view URL] user arrives at home page I would like four flash video capability displaying various accessories eg Neck Wrist Ear Body each catagory will flash video of photographs of pieces in the catalog. 2. Add newsletter sign up and capabilty so I can easily email images and content to subscribers. Users will need the ability to unsubscribe. 3. The ability to create coupons and custom discount codes for subscribers. 4. Users able to zoom in on images to see details 5. Add basic pages Tabs on bottom of website such as About us Returns Press Shipping Contact us Blog The site is currently running on a server that I do not have access to the files, so the site will need to be rebuilt from scratch with Magento to look just like existing. I have access to the site admin area which I will give you, but not the server files. I would like the new site on a dev server (yours) until its done, then it can be moved over to my new server all at once and installed, and the dns for the domain redirected to the new server/site. This project can lead to recurring monthly retainer payments to maintain and update the site provided the job is done correctly. This would be negotiated directly as the project nears completion.
