Based on feedback from users we need to redesign the user profile edit page(s).
Currently we have a custom content type named 'User Profile" that is used as part of the user profile. This content type contains a number of multi-group fields. This was implemented in order to allow users to input multiple values for items such as Academic Qualifications, Career Summaries etc. (see attached image 'user profile').
The problem is users have found these multi-groups to be confusing and difficult to navigate when editing and adding four or more values. I have to agree with them.
We are looking to redesign the user profile edit form, unless of course you know how to make the multi-groups more user friendly. We want to get away from these multi-groups, but still allow for users to enter multi-values.
The project will involve:
Step 1 - Selecting a design submitted by a bidder
Step 2 - Winning bidder makes the changes on the development site
Step 3 - Winning bidder will copy the user data on the live site to any new fields from the old multi-groups on the development site (their are approximately 30 user profiles on the live site currently).
Step 4 - Once tested the winning bidder will copy the development site to the live site.
