Redesigning certain pages of our wesite

The contact us page has just been redesigned. see [url removed, login to view]

We need Careers, Company, Resources, and List With Us to be redesigned to that background. We would also like some graphics that may enhance the look of the page, make it more interesting. Its a simple project but may require creativity.

please send template ideas to me. Your previous portfolio doesn't matter much to me, I want to see how you will change my website. Sending me JPGS of what you think the page should look like or would look like would be ideal. (again make it similar to the contact us page) If i see what I like, I will award the project immediately.
