We are an Australian rental appliance company that currently uses Salesforce as our CRM and 2 spreadsheets for tracking the payments. We would like to have a very simple CRM like theirs with an integrated payment feature where we can track all of the payments within the one piece of software, etc.
Our clients normally pay a fortnightly amount and the own their product at the end of 12 months of payments. As such, we need to know each week who has paid, who hasn't paid, and who has finished their contract.
We currently have around 400 clients and growing.
We get paid daily via 2 different sources/payment gateways directly into our bank account. It is possible for us to download the payment files so they can go directly into the software if a designer would like to organise this feature (a schedule would have to be set up within the software for each client) but we are also happy to enter the amounts in manually based on the account number of the client in our system.
The payments must only be entered once but we want to be able to access this information to print out statements, reports of defaults, etc.
As our clients always own their goods after 12 months (sometimes 24 months) we do not want the usual hire software which focuses on the product. We want the focus to be on the client, what they have bought and what they are currently paying for.
