Simple Wordpress Theme Modifications - Looking for Responsive, Jquery and Plugin Expert

I have a project that involves making simple design and coding modifications to a current live Wordpress Theme. You will also add a couple pages with simple content and upload some images including thumbnails and larger images.
The theme is responsive and a lot of it is hard coded in css and php so you should be a coding expert and know how to edit a Wordpress theme using Dreamweaver or a similar code editor.
It should be a simple project for a Wordpress expert. Tell me about your Wordpress and your coding skills, do not apply if you don't have a good understanding of PHP, CSS, HTML5 and Javascript.
