I need somebody to build a survey website that will be filled out on smart phones.
The website will have an admin system. The key features are:
1. Ability to add a survey and setup questions. Questions like [login to view URL]

3. Add locations & assign surveys to locations
3. Export results to Excel
4. Add users
We will provide the admin area design & code for the project.
On final payment we will require all files delivered to us. We will own the copyright of this work. It is also expected that the code will conform to W3C standards.
